Below are our trial results for hand-spraying and boom-spraying thick patches of Hairy Panic Grass in pasture. This was done in early-Autumn when ambient daytime temperatures were around 23 degrees Celsius (after the morning dew had dried).
Details of our boom-spray setup are also included below.
We’d like to acknowledge and thank Phil at Mark’s Spray Barn in Lavington for his patience in helping us to get the right spray tips for this product and for making-up our spray-bar to suit. And also a thank you to Steve at Robins Rural Services for his on-site advice and support. Much appreciated!
Successful application of LocalSafe is quite different to applying other weed mixtures and we hope our trials and information are useful for you regarding mixing, setting-up your spray gear and applying for success.
